How does domain verification work?
We verify that you own or control the domain associated with your company. This is done via DNS TXT record or email verification to a domain-controlled address. Verification is included in all plans.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Yes. You can change your plan at any time. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades take effect at the end of your billing period.
What happens to my listings if I cancel?
Your active listings remain visible through the end of your billing period. After that, they are removed from search results but your trust history is preserved.
Do candidates pay anything?
Browsing and applying to jobs is free for candidates. Optional identity verification costs approximately $10 and is a one-time fee paid to the verification provider.
