TIERHIRES exists to bring trust and transparency to the hiring process. Every job posting is scored for legitimacy. Every employer is verified. Every candidate gets a fair, data-driven assessment. No ghost jobs. No fake listings. No wasted time.

Every trust score is computed from verifiable signals: domain verification, posting behavior, salary alignment with BLS benchmarks, and recruiter response rates. Nothing is hidden.

Candidate verification results are sent directly to the candidate — we never see them. Employers see your trust score, not your personal data.

How Trust Scoring Works

Every job posting on TIERHIRES receives a composite trust score between 0 and 1, computed from four pillars: organization trust (35%), JD legitimacy (30%), posting behavior (20%), and recruiter trust (15%). Scores are grouped into five trust bands: Tier One, Trusted, Provisionally Acceptable, Watch, and Blocked.

Candidates also receive trust scores based on their verification history, behavioral signals, and claims verifications. Higher trust scores mean faster hiring, fewer redundant checks, and better matches.
